                                                Terms and Conditions

                                               1) It is assumed that all customers of  FotoKrafts have browsed the official website
                                                    www.fotokrafts.net and have read and understood the relevant contents therein.

                                               2) It is assumed that all customers of  FotoKrafts have browsed the official website
                                                    www.fotokrafts.net and have read and understood relevant sections pertaining to
                                                    Cancellations, Age, Insurance.

                                               3) It is assumed that all customers of  FotoKrafts are fully in confirmance with Indian
                                                    Visa laws (for foreigners). If at later date/time any violation is brought to our notice
                                                    at FotoKrafts then we reserve the right to cancel customer bookings for Treks and
                                                    issue a fifty percent refund (fifty percent cancellation fee).

                                               4) FotoKrafts will not be held responsible/liable for any accidents or injuries due to
                                                    external and visible/invisible events.
                                        
                                               5) FotoKrafts will not be held responsible/liable for any accidental death due to external
                                                    and visible/invisible events.

                                               6) FotoKrafts will not be held responsible/liable for any natural death due to internal/
                                                     external and visible/invisible events/causes including acts of God.

                                               7) FotoKrafts will be responsible for customer care, food, accomodation, travel modes
                                                    from the start date of  Trek till the end date of  Trek. All expenses before the start
                                                    date/time of  Trek and after the end date/time of Trek will be borne by customer.

                                               8) It is understood that in the event of any emergencies including medical FotoKrafts
                                                     has no means to transport the customer to a safer location. Therefore FotoKrafts
                                                     will not be held responsible for any events/occurences prior to, during or after 
                                                     emergency.

                                               9) In the event of any kind of emergency; FotoKrafts will provide all possible assistance
                                                    to customers but any such assistance provided will be at sole discretion of FotoKrafts.   

                                             10) In event of cancellations ; any such cancellations will be as per  Cancellations procedure.
 
                                             11) In event of refunds issued to customers ; any such refunds by any monetary instrument
                                                     will be as per refunds procedure.

                                             12) Any legal disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of Courts at Bangalore,
                                                    Karnataka, India.
