                                               Description : A trek in July/August to the Alpine slopes of the Hampta valley provides a view of an
                                               array of wildflowers like asters, gentians, primula, euphorbia, delphinium, anemone, potentilla and
                                               saxifrage. This is an easily accessible trek ascending the verdant Hampta valley and traversing the
                                               pir panjal range to Lahaul. The trek starts at Prini and ends at Chatru leading thru villages of Sythen
                                               pandooroopa, chikha. Although the trek is blooming with wildflowers during July/August it is also
                                               the season of heavy rainfall and so the best time to trek is in September/October. Also two days will
                                               be spent acclimatising before crossing the Pir Panjal Range over the Hampta Pass. The trek offers
                                               fine views of the high peaks including Deo Tibba (6001 mtrs), Indrasan (6221 mtrs) and Hanuman
                                               Tibba (5928 mtrs).
