                                               Yes customers may cancel their Trek bookings and Digital Facility bookings. Refunds
                                               will be made as per the rules laid out in the following passages. 

                                               Trek Cancellations

                                               All Treks have a start date chosen by the customer. Based on the start date and customers
                                               cancellation date refunds will be issued as follows. For Indian customers refunds will only
                                               be issued by crossed account payee cheque or a credit to their card account. For Foreign
                                               nationals refunds will be issed by a credit to their card account. In cases where the Foreign
                                               national had originally paid for his trek booking in cash. The refund will be issued in INR
                                               currency. Cash refunds will be issued twice a week on pre-determined days of the week. For
                                               foreign nationals cash refunds can be issued instantly if customer is leaving India immediately.
 
                                               * If customer fails to join the trek or misses the trek or chooses to cancel the trek after the
                                                  start date; no refunds will be made or entertained whatsoever. At the sole discretion of
                                                  FOTOKRAFTS the customer may be accomodated in some other trek of  nearly equal
                                                  duration. In the rarest of rare cases involving refusal of inner line trek permits by authorities
                                                  (times of war, civil disorder) every effort will be made to accomodate the customer in any
                                                  other trek of nearly equal duration; but if the customer chooses to cancel the trek at this
                                                  point, a cancellation will be allowed for as a rare case and a 25 % cancellation fee will be levied
                                                  and the customer will be refunded seventy five percent of the price billed to customer.

                                               * If customer cancels a trek booking seven calendar days prior to start date of trek; customer
                                                  will be refunded eighty percent of the price billed to customer.

                                               * If customer cancels a trek booking fourteen days prior to start date of trek ;the customer will
                                                  be refunded eighty five percent of the price billed to customer.

                                               * If customer cancels a trek booking twenty one days prior to start date of trek ; customer will
                                                  be refunded ninety percent of the price billed to customer.

                                               * If customer cancels a trek booking twenty eight calendar days prior to start date of trek ;
                                                  the customer will be refunded ninety five percent of the price billed to customer.
                                                                                            

                                               
Cancellation of  Digital Facility Time Slots

                               
All Digital Facility bookings have a start time. Based on the start time and customers cancellation 
                                               time refunds will be issued as follows. .

                                               * If customer cancels digital facility booking after the start time; the customer will be refunded sixty
                                                  percent of the price billed to customer.
               
                                               * If the customer cancels digital facility booking within one hour before start time; customer will be
                                                  refunded seventy percent of the price billed to customer.

                                               * If the customer cancels digital facility booking within one to two hours before start time; customer
                                                  will be refunded eighty percent of the price billed to customer.

                                               * If the customer cancels digital facility booking within two to three hours before start time; customer
                                                  will be refunded ninety percent of the price billed to customer.

                                               * If the customer cancels digital facility booking within three to four hours before start time; customer
                                                  will be refunded ninety five percent of the price billed to customer.

                                               * If the customer cancels digital facility booking within four to five hours before start time; customer
                                                  will be refunded hundred percent of the price billed to customer.

                                               
Cancellation Procedure

                                               * Cancellations can only be done if customer appears in person at our offices and fills out a cancellation
                                                  form on a working day.

                                               * In extreme circumstances the customer may cancel over the phone and email us the filled cancellation
                                                  form. To do this it is very important that the customer provides a valid phone number and email ID at
                                                  the time of booking treks or digital facility time slot. We will email the cancellation form to the email  ID
                                                  provided by the customer and will only entertain a phone call from the phone number provided by the
                                                  customer.  

                                                Refunds Procedure

                                                * All refunds will take fifteen calendar days to process.
                                                * For Indian customers refunds will only be issued by crossed account payee cheque or a credit to their 
                                                   card account.
                                                * For Foreign nationals refunds will be issued by a credit to their card account.
                                                * In cases where Foreign national had originally paid in cash/cheque. The refund will be issued in INR
                                                   currency.
                                                * Cash refunds will be issued twice a week on pre-determined days of the week.
                                                * For foreign nationals cash refunds can be issued instantly if customer is leaving India immediately.
                                                    If we are unable to provide an instant cash refund a bankers cheque in foreign currency will be mailed
                                                    to your billing address.
